Welcome to the History curriculum information page.

At Mount Primary School we believe that History should stimulate the children’s curiosity and develop their understanding about the life of people who lived in the past, both in Britain and in the wider world. Therefore, we teach History by building an overview of world history; teaching a sense of chronology and by developing communication skills so children can share their historical understanding with others.
